This was the first song recorded in this collection. Collective Acoustics created the instrumental composition and then passed it on to me. Every time I listened to the instrumental piece I thought of Ganesh. I could hear his feet dancing and his trunk swaying to the music. The mantra came through naturally and this song was born. Geoff wove the mantra into the instrumental by using an old Coles Ribbon mic on my voice to give it that extra warmth and closeness. Ganesh is auspicious for beginnings, protector, and remover of obstacles.
